How do credits work?

A credit allows you to transcribe, subtitle, or voiceover for 1 minute. Therefore, 60 minutes will cost 60 credits, which is the minimum amount you are allowed to purchase.
For voiceovers, transcription is required. Therefore, an hour of voiceover will cost 120 credits: 60 minutes of transcription, plus 60 minutes of voiceover.
An hour of subtitles/voiceover will cost 60 credits, and translating the file will cost an additional 60 per language. So, if you wish to translate an hour-long video into 3 languages, it will cost you an additional 180 credits.
Maestra has a diverse portfolio of AI voices, some of which are of higher quality. The voice cloning feature allows users to regenerate their own voices in multiple languages. A minute of these features will cost you an additional 10 credits. So, an hour-long video with voiceover costs 60 credits, but if you choose the pro voices/voice cloning option, it will cost an additional 600, totaling 660 credits. If the file isn’t transcribed, it will cost an additional 60 to begin with.
